Our 100% Pure Sava Shea Neem Oil is cold-pressed and solvent-free from wild crafted Neem seeds of the Neem tree found in the Northern Region of Ghana. It is made without Gluten, Paraben Free, Vegan / Vegetarian and contains absolutely no chemicals or additives. It contains antimicrobial, antioxidant, anti-inflammatory and insect-repelling properties.
Uses and benefits
Sava Shea Neem oil contains plant compounds called flavonoids and polyphenols, which have antioxidant, anti-inflammatory and antibacterial properties. Research shows that these compounds may help fight skin infections, promote wound healing, and combat signs of skin aging. It is an effective emollient, which prevents loss of moisture and helps build a protective layer over the skin. It is also widely hailed as a natural insect repellant. It is suitable for cosmetic application and is not included in the list of substances considered to be prohibited in cosmetic products. It does not contain parabens, restricted preservatives or colorants. To use neem oil as part of a skincare routine, mix it with water or a carrier oil. It is important to do a patch test when trying neem oil for the first time. We also recommend mixing it with a carrier oil such as jojoba, coconut, or almond oil to disguise its strong odor.
