Returns Eligibility

1.1 You are eligible for a full refund or credit note under the following conditions:

• The ordered item(s) were lost or damaged during transit.
• The ordered item(s) have expired.

1.2 If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase due to any of the above reasons, you can return the product for a full refund, credit note, or exchange. Please ensure that the items are returned in their original packaging and in an unused state. Kindly keep the receipt that was emailed to you or included in your package.

Non-Returnable Items

2.1 We do not accept returns for items due to a change of mind or if the wrong product was picked from Forth Niche. We highly recommend inspecting your order upon delivery, as we cannot accept returns for opened or used products unless they are defective.
